Lily Walsh
Founder & Director
Lily has spent over thirty years in Irish social care consultancy, managing services, conducting needs assessments and preparing court reports, including 12 years as a member of the Senior Management Team of a large national disability and mental health service. She holds specialist knowledge of disabilities, mental health, and court-related matters pertaining to vulnerable individuals. She understands all aspects of social care, from frontline practice to organisational leadership.
She founded CarePath Consultancy to bring that experience to the sector's need for genuinely independent, expert guidance — for courts, care providers, and the people they serve.
